After weeks of delay, the Texas Senate on Tuesday unanimously passed two bills as part of its property tax relief plan. The move brings the state one step closer to passing the $18 billion package — the largest property tax relief bill in state history. “It's a great day for Texas taxpayers,” said state Sen.
