Wiley Barkers practice includes state and local taxation, insurance law, and regulatory law. He is focused on helping businesses and individuals obtain fair tax treatment, assisting insurance companies in evaluating and litigating coverage issues, and helping regulated entities navigate various regulatory issues.
Wiley is licensed in and has represented clients in Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. He and Mike Green have helped clients obtain favorable results before the Montana and North Dakota Supreme Courts as well as a number of trial courts and administrative boards.
