Seth Wulsin is an Advisor for Wulsin Law LLP. Seth graduated from Ithaca College in 2003. Prior to joining Wulsin Law LLP, Seth worked at Wulsin Murphy LLP and, before that, at a leading, post-secondary educational institution. Seth actively manages tax appeals throughout New England.
His responsibilities include client property reviews, market analysis research, and information requests from local and state governments. He works closely with clients to communicate appeal recommendations and strategies. He regularly reviews assessments and meets with revaluation firms, assessors, and local assessment boards to discuss them.
Seth is a member of the Connecticut Association of Assessing Officers and the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers. He is also a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
