Sara Stellpflug Rapkin is a shareholder in Reinhart's Tax Practice where she assists a wide range of clients from small business owners to Fortune 50 companies. She provides solid legal advice to her clients covering a variety of tax-related matters such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and compliance issues, as well as tax structuring, planning and controversy matters. Over the course of her career, Sara has negotiated with a variety of taxing authorities to reach favorable settlements for her clients, tried a number of property tax cases, assisted with the drafting and filing of PLR requests, and counseled domestic and international clients with tax planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Sara served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable N. Patrick Crooks at the Wisconsin Supreme Court as well as the judicial intern for The Honorable Barbara B. Crabb at the U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin. Today, she enjoys developing creative solutions to complex legal issues for her clients involved in a variety of businesses. Realizing the importance of sharing knowledge and information, Sara is a frequent presenter on a variety of tax related topics to both national and international audiences.
