Rachel Wulsin, Esq. is a founder in the law firm of Wulsin Law LLP. Rachel graduated from Babson College in 2000 with a B.S. in Business Administration. She received her J.D. degree from New England Law Boston in 2014. Prior to founding Wulsin Law LLP, Rachel worked at Wulsin Murphy LLP and, before that, at a Fortune 500 company as a Program Manager.
Rachel manages tax appeals throughout the New England region. She provides initial property review and market data analysis. She conducts market research and requests information from local and state governments. Rachel communicates appeal recommendations to clients and reviews assessments with revaluation companies, assessors and local assessment boards. She actively engages in settlement discussions. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the appeal process for Wulsin Law LLP and ensures all local and state appeals are filed accurately and timely.
Rachel is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers and the Boston Bar Association.
