Michael (Mike) Green is a Partner in both the Commercial/Tax and Litigation Departments in the Helena office. His practice areas include state and local taxation, employment advice and litigation, other administrative and regulatory matters, commercial litigation, and government relations/lobbying.
Mike is a frequent consultant to the Montana Taxpayers Association and other statewide groups regarding state income and property tax matters. He routinely represents clients in tax, employment litigation, licensing/permitting and before administrative agencies and Montana and federal courts. He also lobbies the Montana legislature and Montana executive branch agencies on a variety of matters.
