Lucy Hattenhauer is a Charlotte, North Carolina native who earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. She then went on to earn her law degree from the University of North Carolina. Currently working alongside John Cocklereece at Bell Davis & Pitt, focusing on our property tax matters. Our practice primarily involves commercial property tax appeals, but we also handle residential and business personal property appeals. Lucy has represented clients before the North Carolina Property Tax Commission multiple times and is excited to continue growing her property tax practice.
