Kenneth graduated with a Master of Laws (tax law) from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Ottawa and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law with a specialization in International and comparative law. Kenneth has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University.Kenneth has completed the Harvard Negotiation intensive Course and the Osgoode/SOAR Adjudication Certificate. Ken is completing a Diploma in Art Law with the Institute of Art and Law in England. Kenneth is a member of the Florida Bar, the Washington D.C. Bar, The Law Society of Upper Canada and the Bar of the United States Tax Court.
Kenneth is an educator and thought leader. He was the Course Director of the Osgoode Hall Professional Development/ International Property Tax Institute Expert Witness in Valuation Disputes program and is currently the Course Director of the Expert Valuation Report Writing Program. He has taught numerous continuing education seminars, workshops, symposia and presentations relating to Assessment, property taxation, expert witnesses and trial preparation. A sought after speaker, Kenneth has lectured all over the world, including Asia, Europe and across North America. Kenneth is the Chair of the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Property Tax Association, a member of the Advocates' Society, an active organizer for the International Property Tax Institute.
