Peter F. Korpacz possesses more than 45 years of experience in the real estate appraisal, counseling, publication, and research fields. Mr. Korpacz is a graduate of St. John’s University (Queens, NY). Over the course of his career, he has been associated with Landauer Associates, Inc., as chief appraiser; Korpacz & Weitzman, Inc., as a principal, Peter F. Korpacz & Associates, Inc., as owner; PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, as Director in the Global Strategic Real Estate Research Group; and as an Executive Managing Director of Weiser Realty Advisors. Currently, he is president of Korpacz Realty Advisors.
Mr. Korpacz is the founder and original publisher of the quarterly Korpacz Real Estate Investor Survey®, one of the industry’s standard sources of real estate capital market trends, including capitalization and discount rates and other cash flow forecast assumptions of active real estate investors. He was a principal researcher and advisor for the annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate® from the 2001 U.S. issue through the 2008 U.S. issue. 
He is the author of numerous articles; contributor to numerous real estate books, including the 8th and 9th editions of The Appraisal of Real Estate and the 1st and 2nd editions of The Dictionary of Real Estate Appraisal; and has received several awards from the Appraisal Institute for his contributions to the real estate appraisal industry. He is also a former editor-in-chief of the Appraisal Journal.
 
Presenter: Charles J. Moll, III
Mr. Moll served as chair of the Tax Section of the California Bar from 2003 to 2004.  He founded and is past chair of the Environmental Taxes Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation.  He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the ABA Section of Taxation State and Local Taxes Committee, and is an editor and author for Lexis-Nexis online State Tax Practice Insights.  Mr. Moll assisted in writing the State Board of Equalization's Assessment Appeals Manual and the Assessor's Handbooks 502 "Advanced Appraisal" and 504 "Assessment of Personal Property and Fixtures."
Mr. Moll's practice primarily involves the resolution of tax controversies.  He regularly appears before various California tax authorities, such as the State Board of Equalization and the Franchise Tax Board, and local authorities such as assessors and assessment appeals boards, on a wide variety of taxes.  He has litigated at all levels of California's courts, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Mr. Moll's practice includes tax matters in other states, as well as federal tax controversies, including representation of clients in federal courts and at appellate hearings before the Internal Revenue Service.

David Wilkes is a U.S. and international real estate advisor. He is a designated “Counselor of Real Estate,” and is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK). Further, David is President of the United States office of AEC International, a consulting firm that provides global property tax assessment management services and technology.
Mr. Wilkes has served as a Senior Real Estate Advisor in emerging markets on behalf of the U.S. government, including the Middle East and Eastern Europe. David is the elected Vice Chairman of the Board of The Appraisal Foundation in Washington, D.C., a member of its Board of Trustees, and Chairman of the Foundation's Oversight Committee. The Appraisal Foundation is the Congressionally-authorized source of U.S. appraisal standards and appraiser qualifications. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Counselors of Real Estate’s New York Chapter.
