John has been repeatedly selected by his peers as one of “Texas’ Super Lawyers.” He publishes a regular column on property tax matters in the State Bar of Texas Taxation Section Quarterly, and a column in the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Reporter. He is the author of the Texas Chapter of the Property Tax Handbook published by the American Bar Association, Brusniak’s Texas Property Tax Digest, and Texas Property Tax Code Practice Insights published by LEXISNEXIS.
