Mr. Pagliarini joined the firm as "Of Counsel" in 2008. His practice is focused in the areas of property taxation, zoning, planning and land use law, with a particular and unique concentration in commercial/industrial property tax appeals before all municipal and state regulatory, administrative, and judicial bodies and courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pagliarini maintained a boutique law practice, providing legal and expert consulting advice to major and mid-sized commercial developers and land owners, drawing upon his extensive experience working for municipalities. Prior to opening his firm, Mr. Pagliarini served as Tax Assessor in Bristol and West Warwick, Rhode Island and Community Planner in West Greenwich Rhode Island. Recognized as an expert in Ad Valorem taxation matters, Mr. Pagliarini is the only attorney in the State of Rhode Island to earn the designation of "Rhode Island Certified Assessor."
Mr. Pagliarini has provided legal counsel and expert advice concerning complex condominiums, Fortune 500 retail stores, and noteworthy mixed use (residential/commercial/office/industrial) developments throughout the State of Rhode Island. As a former municipal planner, responsible for the detailed examination of development proposals, Mr. Pagliarini brings, for the benefit of the firm's clients, the unique perspective of a seasoned land use planner and attorney.
Admitted to practice in 2000, Mr. Pagliarini carries the prestigious BV® rating by Martindale Hubbell. In 1988, Mr. Pagliarini earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island; in 1999, he obtained a Masters of Community Planning from the University of Rhode Island and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law.
