Property Tax Caps Will Be On Indiana's Fall Ballot

INDIANAPOLIS — The General Assembly has had its say. Now Indiana voters will get to decide if property tax caps belong in the state's constitution. The state Senate voted 35-15 on Tuesday to put a referendum on the November ballot that asks Hoosiers if tax caps should be added to Indiana's highest document.  Read more
