Oregon Real Estate Law:

Mr. Rotenberg handles all areas of transactional real estate as well as various construction and land use issues. He has drafted all types of real estate documents from Leases to Land Sale Contracts and has handled numerous 1031 exchanges as well as overseeing the legal end of construction projects. He sold commercial real estate for nine years prior to becoming an attorney and has represented both brokers and parties to different transactions.
 

Property Tax Appeals:

This is a highly specialized area of practice in which Mr. Rotenberg is considered an expert. He has handled close to a thousand appeals in his practice not only in the Oregon area, but also in Washington, Colorado, Idaho, California and Arizona. Whether it is commercial, industrial or residential, he can handle the appeal. 
 

In addition to his transactional work, he has been a part of property tax appeals on a national scale. He has worked on industrial, commercial, apartments and shopping centers for local developers such as Oregon Pacific, Schnitzer Family Properties and all of the Goodman Properties (most of downtown Portland) to national companies like Tyco. Mr. Rotenberg is a life long resident of Portland with connections to almost every real estate magnate in the area.
