Arthur F. Hoge III is a principal in the firm of Mee Mee Hoge & Epperson, PLLP. Arthur is a 1975 graduate of Westminster College, Fulton, Missouri with a major in math, and a 1981 cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Executive Editor of the Southwestern Law Journal, an Exxon Scholar, and a Johnson, Bromberg, Leeds & Riggs Scholar. Arthur has a Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV, which is its highest rating. Arthur has been heavily involved in property tax matters and appeals (ad valorem tax matters) throughout Oklahoma for in excess of twenty-five years. His representation of clients in property tax matters has included many types of real property interests including manufacturing plants, gas processing facilities, malls, office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and public service utility companies. It has included business personal property matters. He has presented property tax matters before assessors, county boards of equalization, in the Oklahoma District Courts, in the Court of Tax Review of the State of Oklahoma, and in the Oklahoma Appellate Courts. His reported appellate court cases include AP-PRESCOTT ONE TEN LP v.
