Mr. McGee joined Moffatt Thomas as an associate in the Boise office in 2008. His current practice focuses on water rights, environmental and natural resources law. Before joining Moffatt Thomas, Mr. McGee worked as a law clerk in the office of general counsel for Bonneville Power Administration and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas Balmer of the Oregon Supreme Court.

Mr. McGee received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Boise State University and his Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law, where he was the Executive Editor of the Willamette Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.

Mr. McGee is a member of the Idaho State Bar.
