Mr. Saxton is a partner in the firm and represents real estate developers for commercial and retail development projects in Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri and Kansas.  Illustrations of representative real estate services are: multistate sales of land, acquisition, operations and sales of property, including review of leases; all categories of financing whether real estate, asset, revolver or project based; and analysis and drafting of reciprocal easements.  He has extensive experience in like-kind 1031 exchange transactions, formation of equity real estate investment entities, and state tax services with respect to sales and use, income taxes, and economic inducements.
