Wendell is a partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and concentrates his practice on litigating complex disputes in both state and federal courts. A significant portion of his practice is dedicated to the representation of corporate defendants in matters involving products liability, construction disputes, real property litigation and pharmaceutical cases. Wendell has tried cases across the state in these areas and litigated matters across the Southeast.
